1. Information Submitted Through This Website

When you submit a cake request or contact message, we receive your name, email address, telephone number and the message or instructions you provide. A cake request also includes your selected design, category, tier, size, fillings, requested pickup date and time, and flower preference. If you upload reference files, we receive those files and their filenames.

This website does not request or process payment-card details. Submitting a form does not take a payment or confirm an order. Do not include card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message or upload. Purchases and payment arrangements made directly with the bakery are handled separately.

2. How We Use Your Request

We use the information you submit to review your request, discuss availability and pricing, respond to your questions, and manage follow-up. A saved request is awaiting bakery confirmation; it is not a completed purchase. This website does not provide a marketing-email subscription form.

3. Sharing of Information

Submitted requests and reference files are stored for review through the bakery's protected administration area. If email notifications are enabled, the notification service processes the request reference and your name, email address and telephone number to notify the bakery. Uploaded reference files are not attached to those emails.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Security

Access to saved website requests and uploaded reference files is restricted to the authenticated administration area. We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please do not send payment-card details through this website.

Staff who sign in to the administration area receive an essential session cookie that maintains their sign-in. The current website does not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking the staff session cookie prevents administration sign-in from working.
